Legacy SCC usernames will no longer be able to use the HPC login and compute nodes starting in 2026. The GWDG Unix HOMEs and Tape Archive (AHOME) will no longer be accessible from the SCC Legacy island. SCC users that have not done so yet need to migrate to project-specific usernames (of the form u12345) via the HPC Project Portal.

Discontinuation of Rocket.Chat, further extended End-of-Life phase
