Jupyter-Cloud: small Update from 2024-02-08 17:00 CEST to 2024-02-08 18:05 CEST

The maintenance work has been completed

This maintenance is now starting as planned.

The service Jupyter-Cloud will receive a small on Feb 9th, after 5 pm. This will bring JupyterLab to the current version. Additionally the git plugin in the UI should be available again, additionally with this release Julia Pluto (https://plutojl.org) should now work.
