On 04 April 2024, unrequested tokens for MFA authentication were sent via SMS and push tokens between 01:00 and 13:00. These messages were generated incorrectly for some accounts or phone numbers.
The cause of the tokens being sent appears to be a technical problem.
We generally recommend: If you have not triggered a login, we recommend deleting the SMS you received or rejecting the request in the app for push tokens. No further steps are currently required.
