Upgrade Rancher Local Cluster

The Kubernetes cluster on which the productive Rancher installation of the GWDG runs will be upgraded to a higher version. During this maintenance work, access to Rancher (https://prod.rancher.gwdg.de) may be subject to sporadic outages.
