Due to the software error, it may currently happen in isolated cases that the login via our SSO infrastructure is not permanently recognised and users are prompted to log in again.
We are working with high priority to resolve the problem and are doing everything we can to restore the stability of the login process as soon as possible. We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
