Provider change for telephony from 2025-06-16 06:00 CEST to 2025-06-16 06:15 CEST

We would like to inform you about the upcoming provider change for our external telephony, which will take place on Monday, 16.06.2025, from 6:00 am. According to Telekom, the changeover will take about 15 minutes. Please note, however, that this downtime
can also be extended.

• Affected: Telephony to and from outside (incoming and outgoing calls)
• Not affected: Internal telephony within the university including UMG and work cell phones
• Date: 16.06.2025 from 6:00 a.m., duration approx. 15 minutes (possibly longer)
