Jupyter-Cloud malfunction

The Jupyter-Cloud service was disrupted to a limited extent from approx. 1 p.m. to approx. 6.45 p.m.: New logins were no longer possible on the service, and a ProxyError was displayed after a certain waiting time.
Restarting the JupyterHub solved the problem. However, all running notebooks were briefly interrupted.
