Malfunction idm.gwdg.de / portal.idm.gwdg.de: Deletion of tokens for multi-factor authentication (MFA)

In the period from 27.10.2025 00:00 to 05.11.2025 09:00, tokens for multi-factor authentication could no longer be removed by the institute administrators for certain user groups. The problem has now been resolved.
