University of Göttingen IdP Database Migration from 2026-03-05 17:00 CET to 2026-03-05 19:00 CET

As part of the continuous improvement of our authentication infrastructure, we will migrate the University of Göttingen IdP database to a new high‑availability Galera cluster. This upgrade will increase the reliability, scalability and performance of the IdP service.
When: Thursday, 5. March 2026, from 17:00 to 19:00 CEST
Impact: During the migration SSO logins may be unavailable for short periods. All services will be brought back online immediately after each migration step.
We will keep any interruptions as brief as possible and will monitor the process closely. Thank you for your understanding and patience while we carry out this essential maintenance. We look forward to providing you with an even more stable authentication service.
