Brief network problems on Friday lunchtime

At around 11:45 a defective connection caused a significant increase in the rate of packet loss between the Göttingen science network and the Internet for around 2 minutes. The defect was compensated for by the network redundancy after the 2 minutes. After a repair, the full bandwidth has been available again since about 12:20.
