Jupyter-Cloud: Notebook upgrade, with Fortran kernel from 2023-03-16 16:27 CEST to 2023-03-16 16:28 CEST

Today the Notebook image for Jupyter-Cloud received a general update with only small version changes. In addition a Fortran kernel was installed and is now available for general use, along with the Fortran compile on the command-line.
