Information

As our AI services evolve from a research initiative within KISSKI to a core offering, we are introducing usage limits for external AI models to ensure long-term sustainability and fair access for all users. Starting May 25, 2026, these limits will apply to all integrated external providers, including OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude), and ElevenLabs.

What does this mean for you?
Usage limits will be applied at the organisational level as a first step, ensuring that resources are distributed fairly. Organisations that have an existing contract with us will have their limits set according to their contracts.

To give you full transparency and time to prepare, you will be able to view your organisation’s current usage and limits starting May 21, 2026.

Following the introduction of organisation-level limits, we plan to introduce more granular group-level limits to allow for even fairer and more targeted resource allocation.

Questions or Feedback?
We will keep you informed as these changes roll out. If you have any questions or feedback, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at support@gwdg.de.

Thank you for your continued trust in our AI Services.
