Discontinuation of Rocket.Chat, further extended End-of-Life phase
With Nov 1st, 2024 the service Rocket.Chat entered its end-of-life phase. Users of Rocket.Chat should act now (see below).
What changes during the end-of-life phase?
GWDG has stopped renewing the licensing of the service. With the expiration of the license some functionality of Rocket.Chat may be limited in the future. The most prominent limitations are:

Past Incidents
This maintenance has been concluded as planned.
This morning today until ca. 11 am logins to Rocket.Chat were intermittently unavailable. Previously logged-out users found themselves unable to login despite a successful login process. Users with existing sessions - active or inactive - were not affected.
The problem was temporarily resolved with a restart and configuration change to the service.
