Since the Rocket.Chat functionality to download all content of a user account is
defective, a new export function was created.

Discontinuation of Rocket.Chat, further extended End-of-Life phase
With Nov 1st, 2024 the service Rocket.Chat entered its end-of-life phase. Users of Rocket.Chat should act now (see below).
What changes during the end-of-life phase?

This morning between approx. 06:30 and 07:10, a problem with a mass storage system led to a partial failure of the OpenStack cloud and S3 infrastructure. The VMs and S3 buckets running on this mass storage system were affected. Both areas have been fully available again since approx. 07:10.
In the past, similar outages have led to a “freeze” of the mass storage access of the affected VMs for the duration of the outage, without more serious problems such as read-only file systems in the VMs...
